I played the beta for a while earlier on, enough to get a good idea if I would like the finished game or not.
I also submitted quite a lot of bug reports during that time, so I was not 'just visiting'.
I left the beta for several reasons, the foremost being that I did not want to have to do all again in the future, since crafting (which is one of my top interests in such games) was so time-consuming.
So, first question, do the staff has a general idea as for when the game will be released, or reach a version after which there will be no characters reset ?
Next, one of my top concerns back then was that serious crafters NEED to carry a massive amount of storage, which means large capacity containers, and at that point ALL containers of sufficient capacity for the purpose were premium items; as tester, that is not an issue, but when the game will become final it would mean that either I forego crafting, or I spend a significant amount of real money to be able to do it; the second would be an issue for me.
So, my second question: has this changed in any way since I left the beta (both in-beta feature, and release plans for crafting)?
Now, regarding PvP:
When I started following this game on an earlier website years ago, then when I started the beta, this game was then supposed to be PvE only; however I just saw at https://www.huntedcow.com/game/eldevin , following looking at the post http://forums.hunted...showtopic=59174 , that PvP is now a feature of it.
So I also need some explanation on the PvP.
I am strictly a PvE player; if PvP in this game is only duels, that is fine by me (I just won't accept any).
On the other hand, if this turns unto another free PvP game, I will just write it off.
Looking yet elsewhere, I see that there are now plans/implementation of free PvP areas.
Hence my third question: What is going on regarding PvP, is the game in the process of turning into an open PvP game, or a game where players CANNOT do all quests whithout being forced to go in open PvP areas?
