How about making it an ingame poll, some peope dont go to the forum.

and why not vote on these individually rather than lumping them together?

If you do that, you need to replace thousands of FSPs spent on re-levelling and paying for bounties on the de-leveling

I believe that for the players who have reached EOC should have the option of deleveling.

It's their own character that they have spent the time getting to that respected level. If people want to complain about having "delevelers" on the bounty board, then complain and take your anger out on a punching bag or just complete the bounty yourself. Don't see how this is a problem.

An idea I propose is what Bungie did for Halo: Reach...

Once a player reaches the top level, they have their exp locked, and what experience they earn after the lock happens will be added to their character upon the release of new content.

So... for example

EOC is now at level 1875.

Player aaa reaches level 1875 and has 30k Stamina left. aaa uses 30k stamina to gain 1 billion extra experience. So.. aaa's level is locked at 1875 and once new content is released. aaa is granted the extra billion experience they earned and now aaa is level 1885. (I don't how much experience is for each level... Just go with my idea)

I'm going to edit the poll so the 3 suggestions are separate...

I don't see a need to do this change. The thing that seems to have everyone up in arms is people reaching EoC and wanting to still contribute GXP to their guild. Yet most of the complainers seem to be not at EoC themselves.

The counter-bounty issue might need tweaking, but nothing near this extensive or harsh.

It may not be feasible, but it seems like the best solution would just be frequent, large content releases. Enough that players would have to donate for FSP to buy stam to stay at EoC. This would likely increase activity and donations among those trying to stay at EoC.

If you really don't want players deleveing and releveling for GXP, just have player XP lost from dying to creatures and from PvP (including regular PvP, ladder, and bounty board) be subtracted from GXP. Then a massive delevel and relevel would have no effect on GXP.

I still think having more content (waaaay more content) is a better solution.

This would be the right fix

How is this not fair? It is the same thing as me more than likely never getting a NO.1 top player monthly. It is not HCS' fault that I didn't start playing the game when everybody else did. It is something you have to learn to accept. If you wish to take away the billions of GXP that has been gained by players deleveling and releveling. Then I can assure you, there will be many players leaving the game.

There are players alone in this game that have more guild experience alone than my entire guild due to this it would be hard to catch up if I wanted to get more gxp later by deleveling and this no longer is possible.

Then why would you take it away all together? Keep things the way they are now.

I think it is clear where my thoughts on this are. I wish for everything to stay where it is. There is nothing wrong with players to delevel and level back up for more GXP. Now if we could find a way to make the BB more fair, so that players are not being counter bountied for 10 stamming a player who wishes to be 100 stammed. That would be a topic worth checking out.

Tired of rude players attacking just to get bountied to delevel.

only one part I do not like,,

There was always a lot of talk about the benefits of leveling, buffs, gear, more options for SE titans etc

AND fragmenting!!!

I think this should be a 2 way street and if someone wants to lose levels let them find their own way to do so and not be given a free pass to pay gold and do it.

They can A, pvp and lose to others in their level and bountys (which I should add will still be the way they do it unless the gold upgrade is insanely cheap) or B lose to creatures using their own stam

All the high lev arguments are valid here but id mention one more time to think about all the reasons people demanded extra frags for higher level gear when considering these changes, I think they got pleanty of benefit and no drawbacks as this suggestion is now

I would like to suggest that the guild uses a running xp clock. When I say that I mean, no xp tax, 100% goes to the guild numbers. That way, when one loses xp from deleveling, the guild loses xp as well.

A little side note: The cows have said that they dont have an xp event planned for this Christmas time... So why are you assuming there will be one?

And to all those that say they will be up in arms if they implement this before the "event", what will you do when there is no xp event?

I do have one very very simple suggestion,,, tie exp loss to guild exp just like gaining it is tied to guild exp. Its a very simple fix to this
