if the inventory is full - sacks wont get filled ... so my inventory is full but i got same sacks in with for example 50/100 ... it doesnt fill it into the sacks - it places the gathered stuff into my side bags

If you're placing "crafted" items into the sacks they will only go to a maximum of 50.

 

The sacks hold 10 stacks of an item. Crafted items come in stacks of 5 whereas gathered items usually come in stacks of 10, given the exception of resources such as coal which come in stacks of 25 (a sack will store 250 coal).

I know now how the bug really works ... its not always ... its only when the inventory is full and for example you got a coal sack 249/250 and you would mine 2 coal - then the sack isnt filled + the overload placed into a new bag tab - you have to do it manually ... otherwhise if the whole load fits into the sack it is placed into it
