I didn't know where to post this, and sadly I'm unfamiliar with the ticket system. Who can I talk to about my monthly EP? I was meant to receive 350 EP on February 23rd and as of yet I haven't.


Characters:

Crusader - Assassin [Level 45] | Dusk - Mage [Level 1] | Hex - Ranger [Level 6]

 

Gathering Professions: 

Crystal Cutting: 13 | Farming: 10 | Fishing: 10 | Foraging: 41 | Forestry: 19 | Prospecting: 40 | Skinning: 11

 

Crafting Professions:

Alchemy: 45 | Armoursmithing: 9 | Cooking: 11 | Jewelry: 6 | Leatherworking: 6 | Tailoring: 5 | Weaponsmithing: 2

To create a support ticket click the button at the top-right of the page labelled "SUPPORT" in yellow. From that drop box, select create ticket and it should bring you to our Support area where you can create your ticket.

 

Just to double check though. If you go to www.eldevin.com and hover over the Supporter Account text in the Account Panel (to the right as you scroll down a little) is the time you receive EP a short time from now? We do offset when you get your EP by 24 hours from when your subscription becomes active for the month.

 

If this still doesn't look right, please go ahead and make a ticket as I described. From there we can have a look at your account and see what's going on.

I think it shows wrong, says that Im getting 550 bound ep, I should be getting 500.

Also a new supporter posted in chat that on his purchase preview it said he would get 400 EP but he only received 350. I know that it started at 350 EP when I first got mine, is it just a display glitch that 50EP is added to everything maybe?

I saw that too. Thats why I went to check.
