TOC for short, you see it being said a lot in chat these days. For good reason. Gems are dropping there for minimal effort. 4 rounds and everyone agrees to die, and they get a chest they split. Anyone think this is a bit too over rewarding for something so easy. World Boss battles have died down dramatically since people have realised this is way easier and drops equal loot. Some people are just grinding toc for 4 rounds then they die and repeat and are getting no repair costs to boot. Basically really really easy loot with glims put in there.
I was all for making the loot way better equal to effort. But I am not in favor of making the loot way better for so little effort. I think to make TOC a lasting thing. You should have to try to survive and do numerous rounds a lot longer than 4 rounds. Should be kind of random but a good marker would be at least to survive until bosses pop out. The gem market it collapsing because glimmering gems and fair are dropping easy there. I have to bring it up as I think it breaking the game a little.
Complaints were made before because people were aiming to do 40 rounds and hitting the bosses but getting 1 average drop to divide amongst one person. Now it seems to be gone in reverse. Pure easy and easy tasty loot. Where is the challenge. I think to spice it up every week to whatever team gets the best score gets a chest to divide up or something like that with decent stuff. Expand and make people want to keep pushing. Make people want to survive. Isn't that what is was intended for. Feel free to disagree. Was just throwing this up for discussion. Not out to step on any toes etc if this is how you get your gems. I just think it is a little game breaking how easy it is.
