We haven't changed anything with the dungeon itself or the mob speed, we did fix a problem with melee attacks which was mentioned in the patch notes, this means that melee attacks will still hit you if the creature begins its animations and you then run out of melee range. If this has had an adverse effect on certain areas or dungeons, such as TR which has a number of mobs with stuns, we can look at adjusting the difficulty to resolve the issue. We're also working on making silence effect creatures, so this will be a new mechanic players can use to combat mobs with special attacks.
