Clarification on Skills

So I'm sure these have been addressed before, but I couldn't dig them out of the forum.

 

 

Haste: Does this reduce both skill cooldowns and my auto (since it sort of is a skill as well)?

 

Slow: Does this only affect movement speed, or their attack speed as well?

 

Devastating Impact (25%/50% dmg of Rupture on Impact) :

Assuming I maxed the skill out at 50%, does that mean  I deal 100% of my melee DPS and then 20% per second (totaling 100%+200%=300% DPS overrall) or does it mean 50% of dmg on impact, then the last 50% through DoT (100%+100%=200% DPS overrall)?

 

Crushing Blows: Are melee attacks all attacks (autos and skill) and are defenses everything under "Defenses" on your characer page or only armor?

 

If I do a jolt/eclipse lobotomize/eclipse combo, would the stuns stack, or run parallel to each other?

 

Just some things I have been wondering, thanks for taking the time.

funny was just talking to you before and now i see such a good post, the first 3 i wondered about myself, its hard to fit so much info and yet keep it concise in game and easy to misinterpret, id love to see the answers too :)

Haste: reduces cooldown on skills; it do not affect your basic ranged/meele attack since those are already instant.

 

Slow: reduces movement speed

 

Rupture: by itself its just a damage over time ability. with the talent; it causes 50% of your dps with the damage over time

 

Crushing blows: any meele attack that has impact will give the crushing blows debuff to enemies. I assume its just your defense stats that is affected.

 

Jolt silences which means enemies can't use their ability for a few seconds. And eclipse stuns so you can use both of them together.

Sorry, I meant Lobotomize/Eclipse. Also, how are our basic attacks instant? They have "cooldowns" as well.

haste effect SKILL cooldowns, not the general cool down. basic attacks have no CD but each time you take action there is a GCD (1 or 1.5 seconds i forget right now) that is not effected by haste. that said that also means you can never get your skill cool downs to be faster than the GCD.

 

lobot and exlipse are stuns. when a player gets stunned they get "stun immunity" same for silence and snare. so you'll be able to use one but not the other. 

 

 

devistating impact will deal 50% of the total damage when hit then deal the normal damage after that.
