Hi

I was wondering if the "Emissary" quest is bugged , I'm now at the 4th stage 'Cryptic Clues and Boastin' The Machine' , I've completed both of the quests but Symon keep asking me if I helped Agnes , any idea please ?

it is not bugged

he shouldn't have the green/yellow ? on his head 

 

you have to level up before he will help you

very confusing

 

come on HCS give him a grey ?

until people are the right level

I thought it was something about the level , but that should be for getting new quests / stages not turning in the finished ones
