BTW, if some of these seem more like an invention potions (y'know, Cerulean Rose, Goobernoob Bird bits) feel free to say so. It's been a very, very long time since any new inventable potions were added to the game. Another of the things I'd like to update.

Good point boss... maybe there would be less objection to some of these if they were new inventables as well.... And (please don't hit me folks), when were AH specials last reworked?  Some of them are way obsolete, and a maybe couple of new things should be added to the mix there as well.

I like the idea of new inventables. Perhaps some of the buffs that luiss mentioned could be looked at? I agree that I wouldn't want them for loyalty. Inventables makes the skills more available than in loyalty

My attribute points are 22 in Attack & everything else in Damage - so, pretty much what you sanctioned above

One hitting is pretty much guaranteed every time with that distribution ...

1 hitting is pretty much Guaranteed as long as you have 50 % att damage split and use the best setups / player buffs.Unfortunately some players insist on following guides that do not have anywhere near the best setups. And despite repeated attempts to show them better setups they keep doing the same old and getting the same old result.

Indeed, though I think my general desire is to get a few potions of existing buffs into a few places but get a whole slew of brand new buffs created as well. I have about 7 pages worth of buffs ready for Hoofmaster, Radneto and I to look over. My ultimate hope is to have a bunch of new skill tree buffs and the rest for potions that I can add to all aspects of the game with each aspect having it's own exclusives.

Anti-Deflect
Last Ditch
Flinch
Terrorize
Sanctuary
Dull Edge
Spectral Knight
Stun
Ignite
Poison/Ignite
SES
Degrade
Side Step
Reckoning

So, would these be better suited for perhaps the Arena and Inventing from the Game beasties and pre-existing LE items or some such?

No reason for them not to be added to Loyalty Point pots then. :)

Cheers.

Anti Deflect 300 ~ Yes. (I wuold like to see a lvl250 on Inventing)

Super Elite Slayer 200 ~ Yes.

Overkill 300 ~ Yes. (lvl 250 on Inventing too)

Honor 250 ~ Yes.

Degrade 200 ~ Yes.

Side Step 200 ~ Yes.

Last Ditch? 250 ~ Yes.

Inventor (II) 200 ~ Better as Inventing by cave drops.

Reckoning 230 ~ I preffer to see it as Inventing using SE drops.

Sacrifice 350 ~ Yes.

Gold Foot 250 ~ I see no need for this, maybe as Inventing by Realm Drops (Dark Shade, Jaddermare, etc)

Cloak 100 (300 minutes) ~ Keep it on Arena.

Extend 200 ~ Arena.

Reinforce 250 ~ Arena.

Overkill 300 ~ Double post.

Sanctuary lvl 250 ~ Arena.

Stun lvl 200 ~ Yes. (Combo 1)

Mighty Vigor 250 ~ Yes.

Ignite/Poison 200 ~ Yes.

Arterial Strike 200 ~ Yes

Spectral Knight 200 ~ Yes

Flinch 200 ~ Yes (Combo 1)

Terrorize 200 ~ Yes (Combo 1)

Combo 1 = Bath of potions for Loyalty.

-----------------

Treasure Hunter 250 ~ No more gold on the game, please.

Merch 275 ~ No more gold on the game, please.

Dull Edge 200 ~ Maybe?

Brewing master 250 ~ No need, since Arena give us BM300 which pretty nice.

Extractor II 200 ~ Inventaing by cave drops.

Find Item 1250 ~ 1250 on Loyalty is fine by me, since we can have the FI1000 for normal hunting, and the FI1250 for Caves/LE Events.

Stalker 300 ~ Maybe. Only if Composing can make lvl350.

-----------------

AL180 and CON180 potions should be updated to 250?
Sounds ok for new players, I like it.

Let's keep new pots away from the Arena a while... they have plenty of great pots already. Might as well stick them in Loyalty pots then, at least you guys will make some revenue while alienating non-donators. I've got no problem adding them to the inventing batch of pots. Why don't we see them added to be purchased by PvP Ladder tokens? We haven't seen anything new in that dept. for years. It might even inspire some, who enjoy berating the Ladder, to join theirs and fight for some tokens. What do you think?

Something new to do with tokens would be wonderful. People can say what they wish about the ladder, but those who opt in spend quite a bit of stam and time on it. I used 4K stamina just yesterday, as a matter of fact. It would be nice to have something new to show for it. Almost every other aspect of the game gets new toys to play with on a semi regular basis. I see no difference.

Sort the Ladder first, then and only then should pots purchased by PvP tokens be considered. Oh, by the way, Loyalty potions hasn't had anything new added for years either. As for the argument that adding these pots to loyalty will grossly alienate non-donators is highly subjective as I'm not sure that they feel alienated, disadvantaged, yes, maybe, but that will always be the case and adding these pots is unlikely to increase that feeling but rather it remain the same (also subjective).

Cheers.

Not adding anything to the PvP Ladder as that is to be scrapped.

Been looking through our potion list and remembered that we actually have a fair few discontinued potions. Generally small scale buffs. Wondering if some of them could be reintroduced as cheap loyalty potions. Not entirely convinced some of them would be worth it though.

Potion of Nature Attraction (Animal Magnetism 175)

Black Curse Potion (Dark Curse 400) I think this one was discontinued for being excessively powerful. 80% reduction to opponents defence?

Super Doubler Potion (Doubler 300)

Greater Potion of Dull Edge (Dull Edge 50) Wee! It's tiny!

Potion of the Crafter (Extractor 35) So's this one.

Potion of Discovery (Find Item 400)

Potion of the Tinkerer (Inventor 45) Another tiny one.

Potion of Double Edge (Keen Edge 150)

Supreme Light Foot Potion (Light Foot 750) Not really needed with a 1250 already there?

Potion of the Golem (Rock Skin 100)

Potion of the Wolf (Savagery 40)

Potion of Entanglement(Shockwave 80)

Potion of Indestructibility (Unbreakable 200) Hmm. Don't need this one!

Thoughts? Opinions? Use em? Leave them gathering (digital) dust?

Super Doubler Potion? 300 isnt that super :)

...but I think lower level players get enough doubler potions from guild composers, no?

It feels like most of these potions are so tiny they can be thrown into the potion market for 500 gold. Using Loyalty points on these doesn't make sense to me. It would be overpriced for what you get. Savagery lvl 40 for instance - It won't be bought or used. Digital dust, yes. Light Foot 750 is ok, if it's half the price of 1250, but would that mean that the Light Foot from the arena will be somewhat worthless or obsolete? Find Item 400 could be useful.

The Dark Curse potion is the only one of real note, I see there are higher levels available within Global Chest pots but i understand the concern about unleashing this pot into Loyalty. Maybe reintroduce it at lvl 325, 100 levels higher than the Potion of Black Death that can be invented. Cost, 100 to 150 tokens?

Cheers.

Throwing them into the Special Auctions for peanuts would work for me in most cases, though you're right that some are not needed.

The Black Curse Potion feels utterly excessive to me.

Doubler 300, Find Item 400, Light Foot 750 could be useful, the 1st 2 pots specially for new and low level players !!!

Unbreakable 200 is already in loyalty section called "everlasting potion" !!!

Dark Curse 400 is VERY BAD !!! would render EVERY defensive setup in PvP USELESS !!!

DC400 + distil150 = DC460 => reduces targets defense by 92% !!!!

!!! A BIG NO to DC !!!
