There seems to be a bug or change with how Rested XP works.
It used to be that if you had Rested XP and you would kill a creature then you would get double XP; one part is from the normal creature XP and the second part is from Rested XP.
For example, suppose I would get 0.10% of a level by killing a creature if I have NO Rested XP.
If I would instead have Rested XP then I would get 0.20% of a level by killing that creature and my Rested XP would drop by 0.10% (because it raised the normal 0.10% by another 0.10%).
However now it seems to be that Rested XP drops much faster.
I can kill that creature while I have NO Rested XP and it will give me the normal 0.10% of a level.
Killing the creature while having Rested XP will give me 0.20% of a level as expected, so no change there it seems.
But my Rested XP has dropped by 0.20% instead of the intended 0.10%.
Rested XP is now being drained twice as fast as before
