1) FUMBLE is "almost" the same as FLINCH
FUMBLE = +0.1% per skill level reduction to attackers attack when defending a PvP attack.
FLINCH = 0.1% per point decrease in enemy's attack stat
they are "almost" the same with the exception that FLINCH works on both the attacker & defender BUT FUMBLE only works on the attacker !!!
2) INVERT
I already posted why this skill is "bad"
2 players tested the skill invert:
they were the attackers (with INVERT activated on themselves) and their targets on BB did not have the skill activated !!!
for both players INVERT activated which should not have happened if it was really "a defeners buff" !!!
a BIG NO to this skill !!!
it seems to me that in both cases these 2 skills were designed for "defending" PvP attacks !!!
Um, it makes perfect sense. If for people who don't wanna be attacked to have this active to really mess with a PvP attacker.
what is the next skill going to be, one that randomly switches ALL 5 stats of the attacker to really mess with a PvP attacker????
seriously I thought we wanted to increase PvP activity and NOT the other way arround !!! 
3) TITAN DOUBLER
a guild mate just solo secured a titan in 50 min (with titan doubler) which should have usually taken him 4 hours !!!
that is 4 times faster than normal !!!
with TELEPORT it might have taken him 35 min (estimates) and with TITAN IMMOBILIZE then less than 25 min (estimates)
from 240 min (=4 hours) to 25 min, that is about a TENTH !!!
please take a look at the SCOUT TOWER and see what titans are currently "alive" !!!
soon all the titans will end up like the current "Collossus of Gurgriss (titan)", is that really what we want?
