I can't play!

I've created an account and verified my email.

I've installed the last version of Java and enabled it.

I've tried to play in Windows Client, Web Browser and Steam but it appears this error:

cPZnDvZ.pngAnd I've noticed that when you try to add a game to your Account Management the page refresh but the game don't stick!

Seriously? No one helps me. I've send a ticket on May 8th, received 2 different responses from 2 different people and no one really helped me.

Not sure players can help with this one.  And you picked a bad time for a problem.

 

If it was just the first error, I'd suggest you run the diagnostics.

* From the Eldevin install directory:  'jre\bin\javaw -jar eldevindiag.jar'

* Try 'Run Diagnostics'.  If that doesn't fix anything, use 'View Log' and post results here.

 

But if the game isn't even registering with HCS, although it couldn't hurt,  this probably won't show anything.

 

As for HCS, May 8 would put it on Friday.  As HCS isn't around on the weekends, they didn't see the ticket until yesterday.  And to make it worse, they're in the middle of patching the latest patch.  I imagine you'll here from them in the next day or two.

Thank you for your assist but the problem is that the game don't stick on my account management so I don't have any chance to even click "Play". Hunted Cow needs to desbug my account.

I noticed you don't have an Eldevin character under your name in the forum, which means you don't have a character. Are you sure you didn't accidentally make two Hunted Cow accounts, perhaps one under Facebook and one not?

I've first installed the game on Steam that generated my own account, I've confirmed my email and I've joined my facebook and gmail accounts to this one.

So I just have this account.

I had a character that was deleted by Hunted Cow because of this account bug but it's still bugged.
