The yesterday's last 5 hours of the event. And the today's event have not been working, points haven't been added to anyone. What's up with that? We send support tickets and we get no answers, what's up with that? Are we gonna get back what we spent on these events, or is it our fault we didn't notice the servers glitching again, before we spent?

The support has never replied to me or anyone I know that sent a support ticket.

Support tickets are certainly handled on a daily basis, if you can provide a case number we can investigate an unanswered ticket.
