Ok i don't care that the event started late, or that it was short, but there is no way that event was 2 weeks.  i found out about it late on a saturday (one of the 2 days i work a 17 hour work day)  the chests are still selling for a few hours.  and i thought i still had today to play.

NOPE.

for the love of beer and cheeseburgers can you AT LEAST put the quest giver back in the ec square for a few days like you used to?  I work 80+ hours in 6 days right now, that means i barely have time to log in.  This no vendor afterwards is danged tedious.  i have 16 characters who have multiple cards i could turn in for keys and or chocolates

Agreed, also can you make heart keys a permanent part of the shop range please? I ended up having plenty of chests and little desire for buying all the keys in one go.

Not sure that's actually a good idea because every seasonal event has its set of special items. These seasonal events come around once every year and mostly if not the very things that make every seasonal event special are the seasonal items that come along with it  (I. E. The lovely keys and the mounts/pets/emotes/vanities that come from the lovely chests).

OFC, one might say "But I'm only talking about the keys and not the chests that spawn from the lovely creatures that will no longer spawn." but even with that, it kind of totally beats the idea of having a special event for a certain amount of time. Making up your mind about purchasing keys before time runs out is a part of the game when it comes to seasonal events. If you've missed seasonal items for a particular seasonal event this year, you'll just have to wait for the event to come around like we all have been doing my friend.

All that been said, I do agree that the quest giver or seasonal vendor for every seasonal event should remain for some hours or few days after the event to give people a time allowance to claim stuff.

i mean it is cool and all to have the ep boxes selling after the event, but why bother having them, if you cannot turn stuff in?

If you send a ticket in to say that you wish to purchase ep to buy heart keys after the event is over, they just might add seasonal keys to the shop when they finally get around to reading your ticket.
