I appreciate the efforts you are putting into fixing this problem , BUT , for me this has been worse since the game was shut down than it was before.
I personally have had enough and am walking away for now. This is too frustrating.
PLEASE extend our buffs and mailboxes while you work on these issues.

I can not access the game for the last 30 minutes, running epics chests and everytime I try to load a page I get the same message

can anyone access the game?

Hint the more times of day people post things it may help them be able to see it in their error logs..... Some people have a small Clue about Server admin they can never have enough info....

408 time-out:

If the pages load as fast as you're used to seeing them load, the issue causing the 408 Request Timeout error is probably with the website. "
**not having used any expensive buffs/pots, it was a minor inconvenience - i've come to accept this as the normal condition of this site, and as a non-donator am satisfied with things as they are
kinda like my old clunker car that stalled out sometimes but always got me where i wanted to go:
a refresh took care of it.

I've seen all those notices too, I think that sometimes it's me, and sometimes the game. Considering all the things spinning about in my world, I just roll with this. It's not high on my list of needing to take an anger management class to cope. :/
Commercials on TV are a totally different matter though lol
Oh Hoof, and to answer the question you asked Unclebeg. Most of the time, I got the message when I clicked a link in the left side selection. No particular link gave the most problems and they have been rare.

after a refresh the error dissappears and returns after some more kills
