hmm..maybe i am missing something..but the pot is only a 1 time use pot..used , done , end of that one..yea it may make things slightly unfair for a few titans, but they will go away or be used in a different way...every 60 bucks donated to the game has to be good for the cows and business...and i think we all want their business to thrive..or no fallensword... from what i seen..titans are still going to be left for garbage time once they are secured..so easy tkps for whoever want them...more than one way to get that epic

I get the feeling that people tend to forget that a game that is free for everyone still has costs.
I'm all for people paying for a crazy advantage. Every FS player benefits from that.
I kind of think getting you out of the way for 7 days is better EP, lol.
In any case, I'm sure people will come back with the PTW button.
The problem is that it's simply a weak argument based on personal opinion. In my eye, the PTW is great because that "W" really means we all do.
If that so called "win button" brings more money into the game, then I'm simply all for it. FS only exists because they turn a profit based on donations and the voluntary advertising.
When players think it's weird that people they "claim" have money, I kind of wonder how they would improve that without changing the world.
I've brought up the starving children in X country many a times. You have internet and you have free access to this game. I'm sorry if donating is expensive to you. But just as it's expensive to you to donate, it's "expensive" to HCS to pay for labor to keep the game "respectable", whatever that means.
In short, I seriously doubt that a Mercedes, BMW, Ferrari or whatever in your country has the price discounted simply because you don't have earning power to buy it.
And advertisers, with respect to the shards, are the ones who decide where to do that. I'm sorry they don't care about your country. That has zero to do with HCS and while you are busy complaining about the advertisers, you need to realize that it's also a source of income for HCS that allows you to continue to play for free.
And I do believe that money can "help" you to achieve your goals in this game. It's not a question of being "fair", it's a question of you realizing that. On an equal level, one who has money has advantages. That's simply life in its current form.

Lets not forget Coccinella, the original FSH developer.
Coccinella and myself created the FSH. After that we brought in others that were interested in helping this project grow. Granted Coccinella did most of the coding, but i assisted with code and many ideas that brought this helper to life. I would love it if the HCS team took the code and implemented it directly into the game, and made the helper unnecessary, this helper was created to help the game from a players standpoint, make it easier for the player to do tasks that would normally take a bunch of clicks to do.
We have worked closely with HCS over the years in removing code that would violate their TOS and bouncing ideas off their developers, I have since retired playing this game, but i'm very happy my baby still lives on!

I've been knocking around here for seven years come January. I managed 248 levels before joining a guild, and without buying any of the game currency (I did win some which helped)
For me, the fun is in the trip towards EOC. And I'm in no rush to get there. As has been said, there's lots to do, and lots to experience. It's changed it's base format on beginning players over the years, so if you decide to play, you'll have it MUCH easier to have a decent character to play with starting out then I did 6+ years ago
All in all this is a decent game, with a lot of fun folk playing it, chat in various forms is one of the highlights here for me, and there's a fair number everywhere on Earth so there's usually someone on. Maybe not as many as four or five years ago, but still quite a bunch.
One of my Allies, is Auronffx from Eldvin, and he's apparently enjoying the game here, plus there are many of the original Beta testers running around.
Anyway, come on in, the water's fine ![]()

can we get gvg fixed to not count inactive players im getting tired of getting hit 100 times im pretty sure im not the only player getting ganged up on what am i expected to do kick players lose the bp space and exp i dont even want to log on aand see how much the repair is
If the problem is that the 7 days inactive is not working properly, please send a ticket to HCS addresing the issue...Otherwise, it's working just as intended.

I would like to see this feature HOWEVER, you must hold the relic at least one hour before relinquishing it. Otherwise, 2 guilds could collude on a time to relinquish at less than an hour and take back and forth while preventing a third guild the opportunity to recapture. Extreme and rare situation but it if the possibility is there, it will happen eventually.
Nice catch with potential abuse. If our FS community is good at anything, we are world class potential abusers of in-game mechanics, = ).
I would go a step further and say at least 3 hours before you could relinquish. to avoid the situation you mentioned above.

As the title suggests, i'm suggesting an addition to relics called relic relinquishing. It stands to reason that if you can empower a relic for greater benefits, you should also be able to get rid of relics you no longer want.
That is where Relic Relinquishing would be awesome.
Perhaps your guild has outgrown a relic and would prefer to go after tougher relics (just one example). In order to be competitive with current rules, you get a lead defender penalty for the number of relics you control as a guild. so many guilds aim to keep this number low to protect key relics.
And for those that really dislike relic relinquishing (although I really don't understand how you could be against it), how about expanded guild rights to limit the number of people to take relics. We have empower rights, why not relic taking rights as well?
This has been an issue that has bugged me for 2-3 years and never understood why there couldn't be a fix to it.
Would love comments. Cheers

As many have stated being an issue due to composing potions and pvp being skewed, I've got a radical, yet possible solution. Why not remove buffs from working on ladder altogether, or all but the three I outlined? (Basically Ladder PvP hits wouldn't factor in any other buffs, leaving you to strategize on that basis alone.)
I get this i something many would oppose, but here's my thinking.
1) This would better represent people who are able to match and strategize with sets, and promote knowledge of them.
2) It would also reward those who also invest in the best gear, many times this is crystalline gear.
3) It would also teach players best practices/setups for possible arena play and gt more people likely to participate in that.
4) It would put more value on activity/hitting than having people buff you up around the clock/using composing potions.
5) Maybe, make it so player can only pick to options of these three buffs while on ladder, shame, Honor, and cloak. Obviously most would choose cloak as one, leaving them with the choice of more punishment for enemies, or less punishment for them. These would be active during the time they are on ladder.
6) If we did this, and specifically #5 it would also make it so people wouldn't have the easy ability to see hat kind of setup you are using, and would have to make their best call/judgement instead.
7) As part of this update the stat bonuses for Attack/def/armor/damage/hp no longer show up on other people's profiles, you can only see it on your own profiles. Period. Stamina bonus still would appear however.
8) People in the same guild can hit each other on ladder. LONG overdue.
9) Maximum percentage of people in the same guild on a ladder at 50%. This is a thing for Arena, why isn't it for ladder?
Buffs active would work fine otherwise.
Yes, I get this would also mean, some PvPers would jump on ladder for the 24/7 cloak. But wouldn't this also mean that those who are good would be rewarded for participating? It also then means more people are on ladder, and they might be a bit more competitive. Isn't that what most people have been calling for?
I'm more than open to suggestions/tweaks from others to this concept. It's off the top of my head just now after seeing some bring it up on an update thread.
