That you have! Your improvement is tremendous.

 

While all the manuscript of the game is in English, people should be allowed to converse in any language they see fit! To prohibit other languages is unjust and intolerant.

The point is these uber pots are making the game ridiculous. The habitual frequency only dilutes the skill required to play, which will eventually turn OFF players not attract them. It's bad form and lazy. I hate singing the same tune here but nothing substitutes for actual resources put into the game.

For what it's worth, I too have always believed adding hyper-high leveled luck potions is just lazy thinking. We don't need anything above Dispel Curse 200 or Deflect 175. Same goes with Golden Shield, High Guard, and Savagery. The game should be based on skill not luck.

What kind of major overhaul do you have in mind for the GvG system? Specifics if you would.

Adding consequences would be nice to start. If there is no possibility of losing something, anything, then GvG will always lack the competitiveness required to be a lasting aspect of the game. It'll never happen but I like the idea of xp loss AND/OR a special GvG bounty board. Currently GvGs are like pillow fights - practice. They could keep it that way of course. Only get rid of the 'score' for the practice PvPers but then make a real GvG where something is also lost besides your record!

 

Alleviating the ambush by small groups/guilds. Make guild size a condition of initiating. Something like guilds of 4-20 members, 21-50, 51-106(whatever the max number is -  I forget) can only attack others of the same size.

 

Make sure players who are inactive don't count toward the guild size. Guilds are allowed to be too large anyway!

 

Allow a certain number of players to be protected(for a large upgrade fee). This would allow a diplomatic immunity type whereby they can wear epics which are so valuable to HCS' bottom line yet incompatible to playing. For example, (4-20) range could allow 1 player per guild to have immunity. (21-50) - 2 players and so on.

 

My biggest complaint, overall, is that the game has been relegated to 2nd or 3rd class status like a Crystal Palace FC. I don't expect much to happen with ANYTHING. I don't care what the roadmap says. If the devs hit one, just one, estimated deadline I'd be shocked and eat crow. The lack of communication, especially with Hoof not around, is painfully noticeable. Their cash cow is starving! I can't remember the last time we had a DIAlogue between players and devs.

I wanted to make a quick comment regarding all the haters of the players who have been playing the PvP Ladder game. Why should I be punished for playing the game, collecting tokens and medal ticks? Might as well punish players who sit on champions using AM500 to level. It isn't on every Ladder that there are many guildmates. Some Ladders are hotly contested, some aren't. While the system has been anything but always fair and competitive, how do you have a problem with the way it's been played and achievements won when you too could have participated? Your bitterness needs to be at the devs, not other players. I guess we have returned again to hearing from the moralistic righteous players who believe they are better than others and therefore pass judgement on them by trying to punish them? Because that's the way it looks!

I had to guide some new players step by step during the lower maps because they were really confusing, even for me

 

to be honest I am not surprised that many new players leave after seeing the "labyrinth" lower maps :(

Mowglick has contributed, like the Helper but even longer, so much with his maps for many, many years.

HCS relies on the community for so much. Until we don't have something, like the Helper do we realize how valuable it is to us.

I think sending out emails to old players is wrong, and it is also illegal in some countries (eg. the country where I live). I gave my email in order to register but I never gave the permission to spam my inbox. I would not want a mail from the Cows whenever I decide to retire.

LMAO! So now you remember all the fine print you read however many years ago. One email isn't necessarily spam. I just laugh at the Internet hostility about privacy... I agree to a point but at the same time I have to say, "Really? After all the cold spamming everyone gets one email from a company that you have had a relationship with for(6 or 7 years) so long?" Please don't get your undergarments in a bunch.

+0.05% per point added to Defense and Armor if every piece of equipped gear is the same level.

 

I've never found a level that is conducive to this buff. Can anyone enlighten me please? I don't believe I have 9 pieces of the same level I would ever use. I can't remember when last there was nine pieces of the same level.

 

What level is the highest level one can use this buff at? Should more items be added so that this buff can be used at higher levels for more players to enjoy OR should the buff be altered so that every equipped gear be between 5 or 10 levels?

Make it so I don't have to level... just do away with xp. No conflict, no challenge, no game! Want a game without PvP, go play one. Why are you guys so opposed to PvP when it has always been an integral part of the game? Have you ever tried it?

The next major feature on the roadmap (Improve Quick Buff) actually ties in nicely with this, so when making the improvements, we're going to look at the features provided by FSH for it and integrate them :)

It would be awesome Hoof to see Quick Buff improved even better upon what the Helper had. Yes , add the reinforce, buffmaster, and guild buffer quick clicks as well as recognizing what buffs are already active and at what level. But you could also add the adjustable buffs like Nightmare Visage and Barricade to the same page. Why should you have to go so deep into Preferences to adjust, buff, then re-adjust? While you're at it make Prestige adjustable on the same page, then allow Prestige to be caste on others. There's a couple suggestions just on Quick Buff.
