FS has been and should continue to be your premier game. There is nothing wrong with diversifying but FS has been feeling the lack of love for quite some time.

I'm holding strong that the dev team can utilize almost all of the features. The work that was done by the Helper group was innovative because it came from PLAYERS! That's one reason it's been such a success. It was like a labor of love and pride. My worries are twofold; we won't see anything new and fixes that are needed will be on cow time. I'd also like to know how personal scripts will be treated?

Cheaters in this case im referring to people who buy/sell or trade for prestige, bigger gap for them means more places they can get it from so they would be down to do that.
I am all for an increase of attack range anywhere above level 1000, say an increase to +/-25. Above level 2000 could be +/-50.
In order to dissuade the Prestige traders, make Prestige gain reflective of the stam used. 10 stam attacks gain 1 prestige point, 100 stam = 10 Prestige. Every attack on the Ladder should earn you Prestige. Why is it that every winning bounty attack gains Prestige? The same simple formula should work across the game, whether it be for Ladder hits, BB attacks or standard PvP attacks. Prestige is as the name implies, an honor bestowed upon the victor. Treat it as such.

You've done a great job. There's no need to apologize for something that was so innovative and helpful to the game. The task of what to do with this Helper clearly falls in the hands of the developers at this stage. Do what you can but know that I'm grateful for the extended life you gave to it. The amount of joy you helped add to this game is immeasurable.

Because NOW you are able to attack another player on the ladder then bow out and not be accountable, be scot-free(pun intended) from further attacks on the ladder. It is no different than attacking a player and using PvP protection except in this case you are held accountable because you can be bountied! In essence you get free attacks for the cost of two fsp. The PvP Ladder is being used as a shield, the exact OPPOSITE of it's intention. Please change this so at the very least you can be bountied when you opt out of the Ladder for Ladder hits alone OR you cannot opt out of the Ladder until the next cycle. The latter may require a warning pop up when you tick the opt-in option so players can't complain that they didn't know they would lose xp.

Only adding 3 helper attributes is like trying to put out a forest fire with a garden hose. It's a joke! I'd like to hear the reasoning behind why they can't add more. Are other HCS games that much resource hogs? Is FS, undeniably HCS' most successful game, being relegated like a Crystal Palace FC?

There should be a notification or warning or option or something when attacking that the hit won't earn you prestige.. Would make it easier to keep track of who you've smacked recently. It gets a bit confusing when using the find player feature to find targets.. Finding PvP targets should be easier and more efficient to help encourage PvP in this game.
Talking about Prestige...
Every PvP Ladder attack should earn Prestige! Prestige earnings should be based on how much stam is used(ie 100 stam = 10 Prestige, 10 stam = 1 Prestige). This will diminish Prestige hits being traded. It's not yet even considered against the rules to advertize this intention in bios, making the game ridiculous.
Prestige should be treated as a commodity. It would open up a part of the game too many players ignore. You should be able to use portions of it on yourself(ie 1 hr of 10% bonus). Why not? You earned it. I'd go as far as asking that you could caste it on others.
While you devs are 'fixing' things...

And just like PvP protection the opt in has absurdly watered down the PvP aspect of the game. The schism it has created needs to be reversed, not made wider. The original problem with the Ladder was that players were trading points and would stay out of level range of other Ladder participants, which I still believe was much worse. What Hoof created was slightly better but only added new problems that have gone completely unaddressed. The separation of players into Ladders by level doesn't bother me. There are not enough incentives to lure players into the Ladders. The rewards are abysmal. Stam usage is insanely high to play. All hits should give Prestige at least once per day unless the player is inactive more then a week. And absolutely ALL Ladder hits should give Prestige. There's a wet spitball of what I'd like to see... let's see if any of it can stick.
I think that the funniest part of it all is that when someone decided to do something about the Ladder, anything - it failed. This new lack of acknowledging there was a mistake is another red flag. Communication has disappeared. Where are the cows? The recent lack of resources being used on the game is noticeable!

Many games remove inactives from top ranked lists, 1 it kinda looks bad when your leaderboards are inactive. 2 they can always be reinstated to the leaderboards should they return, thus rightfully gaining their rightful spot back, so what if some people in 11th moves up a few spots and gains a medal from this, they should because 1 they are still playing, nobody really wants to look at a graveyard leaderboard.
You make a good argument. It does look bad for the game when the leaderboards are inactive. I would argue a compromise is perfect in this case whereby leaving the leaderboards alone, just add an asterisk next to players who have gone inactive. When and if they return take that asterisk away. I do, however, continue to think that if you are terminated you should lose all recognition and be completely wiped from any list.
