Spell Breaker +0.1% per point chance to remove a random buff from PvP target upon a successful attack.
Please consider changing the code so that successful would mean either winning the combat or at least inflicting any damage at all. Right now successful means just 'evading deflect'.
During this season i lost several dozens of buffs despite of the fact that i won those combats.
This just doesnt make any sense whatsoever....

Please make SB/SL only have a chance of activating on Successful Hits, not losses - I am sure I have said this before LOL
BUT, successful = winning the combat!!!!

Why can a lower level sit comfortably at first in the league while higher levels are constantly bombarded with hits? I'm seriously hit like 300 times a day.............. While I'm blinded with blood from the eoc bloodbath sub level 1000 sit at top 10 with an inconceivable amount of wins and are never contested.
are you serious??? have you seen their logs??? well, we post everything in our guild chat, BRICE n FERAL have their logs FILLED with hits, and with our guild opting out to keep our guys buffed, and BOTH OF THEM spending FSP, gold and STAM to MAINTAIN their PROVEN spot on first and second place, their WINS are not contested because they are true wins. EACH nite they go offline, they are continually hit just like all of us are/were. not to mention our guild log is FILLED with them being placed on BB when they are only doing the seasons. im very sad to see that you are calling wins in pvp "inconceivable".....look at the ratio.....alot of those wins are from DEFENDING attacks also....there are also some great PVPers "sub-level" 1000 in the top 25, one of whom waited till almost the end to make his climb....is there flaws with the system, only in the amount of times you can hit someone in a period of time......i, myself would wake the first two nites to be spammed with hits from the same two players, glad one is in the top 25, but it takes both a defensive and offensive stance to work this seasons..........not to mention GOLD, FSP, STAM and BUFFING.
THEY MAINTAINED their first places by being PVPers.....not just hitting players hoping to win......
A HUGE CONGRATS TO THEM for doing what they are supposed to do...PVP!
try not to take anything away from them or anyone who made it to the top placings!!

1: The opt-out. Why oh why do you even bother having PvP in this game, if you're gonna keep on giving ppl a way out?
2: Where did xp loss go in the PvP season?
3. Care to explain how the bounty posting system works - as in with details?
4. How come conserve doesn't apply to xp loss on bounties anymore?
5. How come I have to click like a million times, just to clear bounties?
6. Why put the extra strain on the already overwhelmed servers.
7. Could you add the option, to go directly to next target after having performed a hit in PvP season? As in, instead of having to go back to main screen, click find opponent etc? Make it simple, smooth and with less clicking around.
8. I still do not, and will never understand why, I cannot select to post an bounty at a time of my choosing.
9. Without a chance to defend 'emselves when going to work, sleeping, having a life away from screen etc.

Chest option A (defense) Duration 24 hrs: Flinch 300, Force Shield 250, Constitution 300, Coordinated Defense 300, and Shield Wall 250
Chest option B (offense) Duration 24 Hrs: Coordinated Attack 300, Keen Edge 300, Dark Curse 250, Smashing Hammer 300, and Shock Wave 300
Chest Option C (Armor) Duration 24 Hrs: Terrorize 300, Sanctuary 300, Armor Boost 300, Entrench 200, and Layered Armor 200
Chest Option D (special) Duration 24 Hrs: Last Ditch 250, Epic Forge 300, Epic Craft 300, Ageless 300, and Sealed 200
Composing does this already - This would make the years of leveling composing redundant.
