Will, correct me if I'm wrong,but didn't you say three hits in the same day from a person 20 to 25 level's above the victim you is considered bullying.A kick able offense not to be tolerated.

November 3 2012 I sent a ticket in about my Top One Hundred Medal, because I have yet to receive one.I wonder how long I've been in the Top One Hundred and I would also like to know why it's taking so long to give out the medals.I had the same problem when it was time to get my four year loyalty medal. :?
