Hopefully fragment reward from global event with new update???
Was thinking of running one in the next day or two, yeah. But Wraiths or Pinata? THAT'S the million dollar question!

This is a really a shame how this update has gone and broken the economy. There was clearly no thought put into this by HCS. Tons of tons of tokens being given out and prizes at ridiculously low costs. There are already pages and pages of BM300 potions in AH at a fraction of the cost of what they have always been.
Arena is not going to draw any interest if you make prizes worthless, there may be some initial interest. But it will fail eventually. Helmars and volkers set at the same cost? DD 150 potion same cost as Lib300 and Cons250? - just throwing out blanket prices on all of the same type of items is really a shame - a bit of effort to look at prices of items and base tokens on those prices would have made this awful awful update somewhat acceptable.
It is a shame that you listened to shindrak's "idea" of token simply because he kept posting it - all that needs to be done is give us new gear / prizes in arena more than every 2 years!!!!!!!
Another arena downgrade.

One idea that could be a median ground, and keep things interesting:
The bounty hunter can lose no more than 1/2 the XP he has taken from hitting the original player (although you would have to make it relative to that players level), upon his counter bounty.
During the counter bounty, all players hitting that counter-bountied character only cause 1/3 XP reduction, ie a 99 stamina hit, would only cause 33 stamina worth of XP loss. This would require more stamina used to make the person lose the same amount of XP as the original person, and prevent character losing 5 levels when then can only take 1-1.5 (or whatever 10 100 stamina hits is).
Any additional counter-counter-(counter)-bounties would all apply to the original rules of the first counter bountied character

Why cant HCS add another tab to the attack player menu and make player duels? Players select their target select how many hits will win the duel and send the invite. I like this idea as everyone knows you never ever get one on one fights guilds always jump in and delevel to the full extent its impossible to solo battle this could settle alot of beefs people have. And make a nice safe way to PvP there could be no bounty doing this only another duel challenge issued but allow xp loss or some way of letting people know that person got beat in a duel maybe have it flash in world chat "XXXXX just got served the "D" by XXXXX". And make it to were you can challenge anyone regardless of level or guild meaning you can challenge guild mates. Give the winner points towards a rank or medal something to think about.

Sad to say really these medals are a JOKE........

Sorry , but I really dislike these medals. Theres no reason to just pump out lame medals like this, 1 or 2 well thought out additions to medals are fine (or none even!).
Guild Treasurer : lame , just use bank depos for guild, this should be removed
Team Player: lame, make group, join group, disban group, repeat: a simple stamina consumption medal.
Guild Bolster: I dont see this as a cool medal at all. Maybe if it was only level 800+ buffs with 20+ stamina usage. But again, its just another stamina consumption medal that can be farmed.
Defender of the Realm Bronze : There are already so many relics in the game that any medal that relic based is going to be lame, if this was altered to a a way that would actually represent something that is medal worthy it would be completely unfair to smaller guilds.
Summary: Lame stamina consumption medals, and a bank depo user. Lets have a vote on removing these, so boring.

After reading the thread I do not fully understand why people consider this an "exploit". It is well within the game mechanics and benefits only Guild XP. The player is not getting "free" levels ... they are spending tons of stamina and fsp/gold to make this happen.
I made a thread awhile back discussing the global event potions ... which hoof seemed to like the idea of , but never changed anything. I really think the global potions are bad for the game. It hurts HCS because they essentially give players the potions they are then turning around and asking $60 for, hurting sales. Giving 5 chests is ridiculous to players with big stamina pools .. I have enough global hunting potions to last me 2 years worth of stamina. AM500 is defiantly game breaking (in agreement with above posts).
What I propose instead of these global event pots is week long XP events (1.2x for tier one, 1.4x 1.6, 1.8 2x at tier 5). Then maybe one or two other potions that do not have XP components, ie coordinated attack 300 , lightfoot 500 etc. The week long events would allow for those with lesser stamina pools to hunt 2 or 3 times during the week. An attempt to equalize the value of 5 global event pots.

It has been said many times that the best way to bring interest to bring uniqueness to new gear. ie combining epics for better epics or having legendary/epic items that when equipped grant a buff that would be useful such as deflect / lightfoot 200. Although I dont expect to see anything exciting from some "basic" legendary items.
Legendary gear comes from different origins. The ones that comes from legendary drops from the map are grossly overpowered for the ease in which they are acquired. Please keep this in mind when creating this gear. Items that take 50 fsp worth of scavenging or requires multiple arena components should be vastly more powerful and useful than the previously mentioned method.
Without reading any other suggestions I think HCS needs to look at broader uses of gear instead of just listening to the most players say damage because most people want easier no-thought hunts (already the case below 1400 with smashing hammer etc). Or armor, def because they want pvp gear. Please keep in mind that somebody is always going to want another set to combine to make their current set more powerful, this dosent change much if one pvper is going to buy the set ... to make items have value you want all different levels of people buying sets for arena.
I think the best, long term use of gear is having use in arena. It is really a shame that arena has not been worked on in a long time because I think this is the strongest driving force of keeping the game economy from declining. With that being said, arena sets are stagnate, the current system really only encourages 1 or 2 set types depending on gear available at any given level .... the old arena encouraged many more sets. I made a thread a while back that suggested to simply integrate the current system to have both the new and old ... bringing more value to more gear: http://forums.hunted...showtopic=58838 .
With all that being said, here are some generic responses to gear that would encourage variation in arena:
15: Overcrowded defense / damage sets. Balance with atk / armor or high attk /low def.
115: 115 epic tourney is a "win" with all epics ... although I feel this is justified. Something new that would be "required" to win these tourneys (armor / damage - best replacement would be on low level epics krumper / lestus or bothild set). Otherwise, these levels are littered with atk def sets for non epic... counter with atk armor.
225: These levels are painful with night branch and fushi, every1 runs same thing, counter with atk/armor or atk/dmg <- this really needs to happen
340: These levels are pretty good in arena: maybe another atk / def or atk/dmg
415: Too much atk on these levels. Balance with atk/def or def/dmg
535: Painful painful stale levels in arena. Wayyy to much armor sets. Counter with atk/high def. Or def/dmg
665: Too much atk on these levels. Balance with atk/def or def/dmg, or armor/dmg
770: Same as above
845+ Gear starts to become overpowered in arena. The flaw is in the way the arena functions. Everybody is going to keep running the same thing so make whatever people want. I would ask for minimal damage sets as hunting is far to easy, as is.
Ignoring these attempts to balance arena, the most important thing to consider is you dont want to be in a scenario where we have tons of sets that are the same stats near the same level that "fit together". This is what people will ask for, but this will just lead to everybody using the same thing in pvp and arena. Create variety!
(If HCS reads this thread I would ask you skim over the thread I pasted before , I think it has some good ideas)

copy pasta from a previous thread which was similar.
Regarding buffing:
What I would like to see is a function/feature where by you can choose an option to "sell buffs" and attach a price to them. They will be listed in your bio and people can select (tick boxes) the ones they want.
You can have an upgradable feature for buff packs
With that functionality there, you then can have a new page where you can search for buffers so you go to the page and can tick boxes to find people with the buffs you want (also listing their prices) with people only appear if they are online for ~15-30 mins for example.
I dont think its worth HCS's time to spend time coding something that is already in FSHelper.

Hm, selling stuff in AH medals seems easily exploited. There are guild achievements, would be nice if some of these bonuses were actually useful to the guild. I mean +1 members in groups for 50,000 group wins ,.... thats a joke. And the ideas for guild achievement should be easy to add . guild titan wins , gvg wins , super elite kills etc etc
How can I like something when there are 8 suggestions in one post where I may like a few, ambivalent about some and despise others? I guess I don't "like" them all then
kinda kills the voting for me.
eh, well you could comment on your thoughts instead of just a "like" would probably be more effective. Anyway i think hoof will end up making a poll at some point with ideas.

Another thought that can be voted on seperatly , lol, that could solve a part of the lack of content production is to make levels take more XP. A long time ago when HCS changed the XP forumla I think it made a lot of players happy that they could race to EOC. These days there is a massive bottle neck and with insane AL LIB CONS etc potions it makes it easy to get to EOC. With all these pots each level can only cost a couple hours worth of stamina. So how about adding some (dosent have to be all) levels much longer from an XP perspective. Maybe levels 1800-1830 take 5 times per level than levels 1830-1900. Something to this effect.
(or if this screws up the code just make a level 1800 monster, and the next zone /monster level 1805..forcing people to sublevel to advance)

Now that we've completed implementing the improvements from the first roadmap, we're going to put together the next based on what you want added and changed and in the order you want it done! ![]()
To do this, we first need to compile a solid list of features / suggestions / improvements you want. I think the easiest way to do this would be to post on this thread, then if others agree with it and would like to see it included, use the forum 'Like This' feature to show your approval of the idea. We'll leave this open until Friday, then take a look and see how long each of the suggestions will take to implement then run a poll to determine the order they will happen. Note there may be some ideas that we don't include that are suggested, however I'll be sure to let you know if this is the case (and why) ![]()
Feel free to just summarize the idea on a post on this topic and link to your own suggestion thread or an existing thread by another player on the suggestion / improvement / feature etc. ![]()
