Because gold can still be stolen. I think it's fine that the PvP Season attacks contribute towards the Bounty Gold.

If both players in Rated PvP opt in, and agree to participate, why should those attacks contribute to bounty placement? I can understand hitting an unwilling player in an unrated attack that you take the chance of getting bountied, but why would that be an option if both players are willing to participate in the rated season PvP.

When I first started play this game (for the second time), I was all into leveling and wanted nothing to do with PvP. After a couple of years, I got bored and just quit playing. I still logged on every day, but didn't do a damn thing. When I saw that changes were being made to PvP I figured I would get active again and give it a try. After months of doing nothing but watching videos to gather shards for FSPs, I had more than enough to add to my max stamina and get my own gear. I gave it a try and it was nice to do something different for a change.

I do have one or two questions.

1. If both players in Rated PvP opt in, and agree to participate, why do those attacks contribute to bounty placement? I can understand hitting an unwilling player in an unrated attack that you take the chance of getting bountied, but why would that be an option if both players are willing to participate in the rated season PvP.

2. This has a little to do with #1. If the people that want to participate in rated PvP want the XP loss back, why not give it back and remove the bounty option for rated PvP?

This was just a couple of things that I observed while ready and playing the last few days.
