i had this bug too i dont care about it but i cant remove now my meele equiptment and it start randomally change in every login!

I'm having problem finding these 2 kind of NPC. 

you can sell to almost any trading npc if you are still in othalo or eldevin city you could search for the market

and you can find those repairing npc's in any blacksmith

i am on windows and tried caps-lock its not that im in english languge and with capslock off and still it writes nothing
