Bought a scroll of lacerate at sometime and learned it. It didn't appear but I wasn't dual wielding. Did a Story in Blood. Received lacerate scroll. Loaded a sword in each hand but there is no lacerate on skilll bar to use in attacking dummies. Now I can't learn the NPC's gifted scroll because game says I already know the skill. Definite bug I think. Unless maybe lacerate requires daggers? (and yes I know there is a second "page" to the skill bar :-)
