Creative profit seekers within this game have already read your proclamation and are developing tactics that will win them major FSP.

 

I do not want a teleport buff to make my TKP acquisition easier.

 

I am a scavenger at the edges of the titan market.

 

This buff will increase activity around clear ups. But whose activity? Will it increase availability via TKP clears, or will it concentrate titan epic into a smaller circle?

 

I implore you not to allow this buff anywhere near a titan.

 

It is an abuse on the field of titan hunting.

 

Do not do it.

If this is allowed for titan hunting, this can be helpful for those with busy schedules since they can't stay up for 2-3 hrs for a secure. By using this buff, they might be able to secure a titan in less than an hour. And this will be good for health too, without having to sit infront of a pc/laptop for hours looking at the screen. Instead of stam saving, this buff should look more like a time saver. If we can move 2-3+ squares for 1 stam, why not name the buff as "Flying Carpet" ? :P



 

This is why this buff is a disastrous idea.

Yes - lets make it easier for those people. The game should bow to them. Busy schedules - so important.

 

We should make it easier for folk who can only give an hour. maybe. Sometimes.

 

 

 

And it is good for their health! they don't have to sit in front of screens for too long to get their booty!

 

They want the secure fast, and at minimal risk to their health. They ignore everyone else who ever hunted titans before. Slowpokes who did not catch on to the revolution before it happened, no doubt.

 

This is an example of folk who want to arrive on a scene, dominate it, make profit, and leave.

 

Trust them at your peril.

We'll not be changing the current Guild restrictions I'm afraid. They were implemented for a reason.

Just a thought, personally I do not find it a big deal, but others among us will be a bit disappointed that players from certain countries have an advantage by having more offers than others. In a way that could be seen as unfair.

 

Isn't it possible (for future events like this) to talk to advertisers and ask them to create a separate section for the triple offers which only include offers for everybody (thus not depending on the country you live in)?

Dunno if it is possible, it's just a thought to keep everybody happy.

Sorry to throw cold water on this but I don't see it as a problem.  You already have a box that tells you that you have items in the mailbox, ignore it at your own peril.  I can't begin to tell you how many items I've lost to the mailbox 24 expiration time limit but it can always be laid at my doorstep for not paying attention. In those cases where it was because of HCS downtime a ticket has always gotten those items replaced. At some point personal responsibility has to come into play, there are more pressing needs that need solving in this game than "handholding" of our items because we are forgetful.

Give me 10 guild names that suffer with the 25% rule and I can agree with you guys, but the only people who think that's a good idea belongs to the same guild.

That doesn't sound fair to me, not even a game problem, it's more like a guild problem.

So, if im reading some of these posts right, we take away the 25% rule, and if the system gets abused, we just go back to that safe guard.  If im understanding it right, i shud take the alarm system protecting my jewelry store off and wait to see if someone/everyone breaks in, takes all that i have and trashes the place.  cuz if im understanding, once i re-install it, everyone is going to give back all that they took and repaint and clean the place, RIGHT???  is that what your suggesting for removing the safe guard put in place in arena to not let something like this happen??

How about we give this rule a test? 

 

So many of you claim that if this rule were taken down, people would "manipulate" the arenas to boost their buddies to get some wins.

 

Some of you say that if it were taken down, the arena would flourish all those that kept getting blocked by the 25% rule in their guilds.

 

Let's test out these theories by taking down the rule. If the arena becomes "manipulated" and people are trying to boost their friends' wins, then put the rule back up. If the arena flourishes with new people coming back to the arena, let's keep it down.

Big guilds should be owning all the best setups which will give them biggest chance to win in arena .. then arena will end up as guild activity more than personal activity like you see same guilds winning titans...

 

I like the flexibility in this game, small guilds got advantage to access certain aspects in easier way and that will make players think before joining top/big guilds

 

This is called balancing the chances

Arena has slowed down because normal players don't win enough.  If you want players to play then arena champs have to back out of some of the arenas and let others win.  No one is going to keep throwing gold away for nothing or very little. 

 

The arena is a product of the success of some...

 

Keep the limit on guild mate allowed to join an arena battle or we will go back to players cheating

OK, so after many many years of NOT playing arena, i started again.  YES, you can all see that im in a guild with one of the TOP FIVE players.  there are also a few others in our guild who play.  SO, with that said the first part of your posting is not correct.  I only had 100 wins when i started back up.  ARENA is challenging and takes time, studying, watching and waiting.  LIKE playing the PVP ladder.  My wins (im proud to say) have been against some champs!!  

 

now i AGREE with your SECOND part of keeping the 25% RULE. HERE is why.......myself and one other can join an 8 person arena, i cannot manipulate it.  what does manipulating it do??  well, i and my guildies can SPEED UP putting BRICE in the number one position on top rated ARENA list by all joining the same arena with crap gear n crap moves fixing it so he can win.  OR me, putting ME in top position....with none of the studying, watching, learning that the top players have done.

 

I lead a small guild, we get around this by all taking certain ranges, with some overlapping, SO it is not the 25% rule that is keeping the arenas from getting filled, its the lack of interest to the arena .  I say BRING BACK THE GOLD ARENAs  :P

 It is alright the way it is . It should not be changed. It was to prevent any guild from getting guild members to fill up and abuse it.

Guild names are like player names, once done, they are set in stone unless they are on that list of *unacceptable* names.  It has always been this way, and we have asked many times in the past to be able to change them, but this has always been denied.

There were cow whispers about them allowing us to use up the tokens we have earned on current inventions but the new PvP ladder/tournament/reward neglected system would use a knew type of token system..

They have let us build up too many tokens over too long without any useful prizes to let them care over into a new system..

No, that is "Hazardous Hoplites".

 

I was talking about the quest "Scavenging Scum", which is located in Phudir Sands (Flats) (level 2461 to enter), involves killing Phudir Scavengers (level 2461 creatures), yet is listed as a level 2462 quest and needs level 2462 to start---so you end up having to hunt below level to do this quest. Is that intentional, or a typo?
