It'd be nice to get more content for the game. I mean, there's clearly a problem when the community is creating more content than the developers are, and when the devs aren't trying to help them get that content in the game, it becomes much more difficult. I mean, would it take that much time for a few updates every now and then when the players can come up with graphics, descriptions, stories, etc? I understand programming also takes a fair bit of time, but few games can boast of players who are willing to contribute of their own free will for little to no reward.
I'm not sure if player ownership is the right move, and I'm not going to make Hunted Cow Studios out to be the devil or anything, but I think they could benefit both their pockets and Legacy by allowing players to help with the game in some way if they don't have time to do so themselves.
Regardless of the outcome, it'd be nice to have seasonal events, especially on such a milestone, in order to help break the monotony of the game or just to provide some variety. Hopefully those in charge will at least try to do this, rather than leave the game to do nothing, because I think it can be a favorable venture for everyone involved if updates continue to happen.
