I have posted a ticket about benevolence rings. I created 2 new alts and did not get the rings since I was already a supporter. I've been waiting 20 days for a reply so I'll keep you posted if I hear anything.
Thanks for the help. They are not slotted with anything. I can't remember if you have to be 5th tier - but you might be right. I'm sure there was a reason that I didn't want to be a Juggernaut - but I can't remember... Hehe just getting back into the game.
