I'd like to see weapons such as one handed swords differentiated from other one handers like claw/fist weapons at ALL levels.
Similar to what they may do in other games, perhaps have swords be slower than claws but have a bigger damage base.
If their base weapon speeds stay the same, then maybe have special innate mods attached to weapons. Like make swords have a base %damage and/or block/defense bonus while smaller weapons like daggers and claws have a base %crit and/or accuracy bonus.
