We need to test Daily Quests a little more tomorrow, but I think we're ready for the initial release of them tomorrow.

 

Initially there will be a few different variations on the quests and rewards, but it's definitely something we'll want to expand upon over time to keep it interesting I think!

Will Quest Hunter buff work for the daily on "kill # of x creatures" be they normal mob, champ, elite or SE?

i actually hope not..at least make it a challenge..

Looks good hoof. Will there be an option to disable the notification on the sidebar? 

 

The Daily Quest will disappear once you collect it for the day - so their may not actually be a need to hide it. All the more reason to complete your Daily Quest :D

Hi all,

 

Just wanted to share a quick sneak peek at how Daily Quests are looking. We're hoping to have the first Daily Quests ready within the next week or so now :)

The Daily Quest will reset the next time you login after midnight each day and must be collected before midnight UTC. When you achieve the quest, a 'Collect' button will appear at the bottom of the box allowing you to collect the reward. Note also the Daily Quest won't be the same for every player each day.

Have now come back to fallensword (took break when Eldevin lanched) and now when it are time to use the guild items i can staring me blind in finding a search with a name,

it should not be able to make a filter so that you can search when you click report this sword from someone. search items on name/lv/higes stats.

 

In guild store it are abel to do that :P

I completely agree, a level filter on report screen would help save a lot of headaches. I ended up buying 100 bpslots to put low level gear together for new guildies.

xbox one massively successful, ps4 massively successful, pc gaming, booming. You make it sound like they are on it's knees. Maybe the simple answer is hcs are not very good at running/developing games. shocking as it may sound.

 

Also their next new project is basically a copy paste of games currently out which will dominate them. They just refuse to stop urinating money away. Let them.

Why are any HCS staff on this list? They do not log into legacy, they certainly don't create content for it as well despite what it says here.

Why was this original post 5 years ago even made? I don't think it was anyone's intention to actually work on the game other than Zorg. Hoof and Grim are terrific people, but got caught in the middle of something that they [probably] didn't even want to work on!

Major fixes of the last 2 years. Minor additions, greatly appreciated. Very little work needed for these things. Other updates involve a new NPC boss and new weapons (literally copy/paste code, change name and stats). The biggest update was hands-down the crystal system being changed. COMPLETELY revolutionized the game, everyone loved it!

 

What I'm trying to get at is that you can literally make the same content and stamp different pictures and numbers on it and the community would be THRILLED! It takes virtually no time to do and everyone is happy. In my eyes, there are 2 options you guys can go down to keep us happy:

1.) Make some sort of crowdfunding system to get updates added to the game. If we had thisyou guys would make more money and we would get the small updates we desire.

 

2.) Allow some of Legacy's playerbase who are handy with code and graphics to make the content for you! This benefits you because you will make more money engaged players, and you don't even have to do anything! 

 

If there is a viable reason those options don't work, tell us why!

All this buyout has done to Legacy is provided a few forced updates and a different bank account for platinum purchases to go to.

 

This was Zorg's baby, and now its a repressed recurring nightmare sparked from mistreatment and I don't blame Zorg one bit.

 

And to finish things off, I did not make this a ticket as I know it would either be ignored or would be followed by a less than 1 paragraph response shooting me down.

Anything that poses some form of difficulty usually gets dumbed down in this game, due to people complaining that its not fair... This seems to be another example of it.

 

Sure fighting people with high level pots can be difficult, but definitely not impossible... Not to mention there are plenty of luck based buffs that give you a shot at victory

Okay just curious if we were looking at a month opposed to a few months. Either are fine just curious on when. All's that matters to me are they are implemented to perfection idc if it takes months to do that.

 

Aiming to have Daily Quests implemented before the end of Aug :)

Key price, for the junk the majority of chests contain, are insanely over-priced. OK, the frag-stashes are good and can earn some dots when sold, and maybe ONE OR TWO potions, but pretty much everything else in chests is GARBAGE.

 

Lower the prices of the keys - or, better still - add stuff to the chests that's actually of USE ...

 

I just hope that BG remembers that he liked my suggestion recently about using chest items in inventing - that would very much limit supply of specific items and help maintain some sort of value for 'em
