I haven't seen one yet, so I'm creating one.
A thank you to HCS
Post something you're thankful for that HCS has done.
I am thankful that there is much more activity in the updates/events lately, and am looking forward to seeing what else comes out!

I would really like to see a Improvement in how Prestige points can be used. Now it is all or nothing 10% xp gain is nice... But why waste all of the 75 mins I have now for a 30 min hunt?????

I have had deflect activate 5 times in a row, with Anti Deflect.
That should say something.
I've had deflect kick in 7 times in a row, many many times and I've been deflected 10+ on bounties very often as well with anti deflect always (not even an option not to use anti deflect for me). It is very obvious that deflect kicks in way more then it should. Deflect is also the thing that made me most consider quitting bounty hunting and the game.

Chazzz - great job on this! Glad to read the information and see that someone wasn't as lazy as me to write something like this up.
@BigGrim - I'd say posting it in multiple areas would never hurt, but incorporating someway into the game would be great.

What's the problem with Deflect if there are Anti-Deflect, Spell Leech, Spell Breaker and Sealed (and Reckoning).

One thing you should do with regards to pvp rating, is remove the transfer of it from the board, or at least limit it to only being transferred within a certain level range. In the older top 100 system it actually punished those who did alot of off the board pvp, only to lose all that rating to much higher leveled players clearing bountys, or while offline on the board.
In the old system, I witnessed first hand someone having a low level friend hit dozens of players, get bountied, then clear said *friend* for rating to claim #1 spot.Another reason it should be modified or completely removed from the board.
I'm all for an increase to a pvp range limit, rewards, and so on. I still stand firm that there shouldnt be a removal of counter bounties from the game. It will Kill any chance we have of reviving pvp in this game.

100% agree. I feel that new items should be added in the current fashion not bound and the potions shall be bound for sure!
If anything new is added to the ladder rewards, they should be bound. If they're not then don't bother with them. Why reward people who get 1st place on their ladders with 1 hit, who have hoards of tokens to monopolize the market for the new rewards which will allow them to make massive profits?

A simple idea here to add some new "useful" Rewards to the pvp ladder and maybe bring some more players into the pvp ladder. Instead of just adding more items to make why not add some bound potions for each play style? (PvP, leveling, titan hunting, farming) These potions would have to be bound as to not instantly flood the market with them and thus making them worthless and not encouraging players to play and earn them.
These potions could have a building system similar to the composing, in that the more tokens you use in them the stronger they become (capped at a reasonable level of coarse) and also used to increase duration( also capped). The potions would need to be strong enough to make a leveling player want to use there stamina to earn them. I feel that AL level 300 would be a fair buff level for example.
This is just a suggestion and would love feedback and other ideas from everyone here.

I dont think you should be able to bounty a Deflected hit. Nothing is lost. This might encourage more people to take that swing and lowering the time after a deflected hit.
Im not a pvp'er but do hit back. I will say that the game was more interesting back when there was more pvp'ing.. Having to keep an eye on your gold at all times and using the auction house to hide it or exchanging it for fsp. There were level ranges that you would try to get thru as fast as possible before you got hit..
I took a year off from the game and when i came back PVP was gone a lot of the "warriors" were gone. It was a part of the game that needs to come back
With these GLOBAL POTS the lost XP can be earned back at a greater rate now

Cheers Hoof
I am going to sound selfish here!!! lol
Can I ask a quick question or suggestion? Every now and then...instead of chests as a reward, can we have a chest full of fsps? most of the time this is what we are all after? I am not asking for loads but will keep up the interest in the game!
Cheers!!!!

The Bronze Tier has just been qualified for in the global event!Note that the top 100 contributers to event will receive a Emblazoned Royal Chest in addition to the reward for the tier that's achieved by the communityHave a great weekend everyone!
I FU$%%%ING HATE THIS.... lol
Now, on a more positive note:
Hoof: that add-on is probably a great idea to be implemented for every GL. A tiny (let me underline "tiny") bonus for the top 100.
However, please, please, pretty please... STOP CHANGING THE GAME MIDWAY THROUGH...
Here's the deal: Ruby tier is something that needs community effort. And, for the record, I've seen a bit. This time I have actually seen an offer from one player for the top 100 on upping the "prize"... obviously, that may or may not happen.
In a real community situation, that'd be great and we've seen it many times.
Why do I hate the "sudden reward"?
The top 100 is reward enough in my opinion. Now, of course this is theoretically personal. Nonetheless, most people would be thinking this global isn't worthwhile for the super-stammed... they'd go for the top 100 medal thinking they have a shot and, all of a sudden, the big stam people have a shot at getting something more, above and beyond the community.
How is that helpful?
In fact, isn't it quite the opposite? Once again, the lower stam players will be blocked out.
Seriously. If just 3,500 FS players found it worthwhile to do the 5k hits... we'd have Ruby tier. That seems ludicrous to me, though I don't really know how many FS players there actually are nowadays. I also happen to believe getting the Ruby tier shouldn't be easy.
My main message is: don't change the rules. I hate the fact that you upped the reward, because you just screwed all of us who were going for the top 100 and had figured that the rest of stam people wouldn't bother.
I myself expect to make it. But if I had half my stam and had calculated that nobody would be going for it based on the reward... well, I used all my stam to get into the top 100 based on my analysis of the situation. All of a sudden, you decide to give a reward to the people that weren't participating... and now that they have a "reason", my logic is out the window.
Edit: made a typo... actually need 3,500 to do 5,000 hits to get the 17.5 million. It's changed above.

Just my opinion. I could be totally off base. If it was open season on bunnies, I would have left a long time ago. You may be right, that may be good for the game not having a free loader like me around. No one knows for sure. This is where I think the beta server can prove who is right and who is wrong. Bottom line is we all want the same thing from the big picture. We want as many players as possible, you think pvp is the key, i think otherwise... who's right? won't know... beta would be a risk free way of proving it.
Chewy PvP is good for the game and benefits so many in the game due to the fact that PvP stimulates so many different areas of the game- you and I both agreed on this ' via in game pm'. The " Yin must compliment the Yang" and vice versa. When Hoof created Fallen Sword PvP was rampant - with far less restriction and many many incentives at the time. When HCS caved in and changed the game of Fallen Sword to address those who didn't want to par take in one aspect of the game ---- they lost 60% of their player volume over the course of the last 4yrs.
PvP stimulates our FS economy in just about every way possible:
1. People are more active - logging in more often to communicate with friends and check to see if their character was attacked or if a guild mate or friend was.
2. PvP stimulates the AH - As Players ( attackers and defenders in PvP) Buy and sell gear they no longer need. In addition to gear Potion makers are kept busy making all sorts of pots.
3. PvP - stimulates leveling and donations - as some level to get away from those who pvp and are dominant. Donations are increased through PvP for purposes of buying buffs - and leveling etc.
Almost every single aspect of this game is stimulated by PvP - If we were to sit idle and remove PvP from Fallen Sword we would see this game die just as Sigma Storm did. Hoof had the right idea from the start of this game the only mistake was veering from this games Original format to accommodate others who didn't.
