17 quests... Yeepers! ![]()
The quest writers must have been locked up in a room for a few days with only creativity mushrooms and pens and paper. ![]()

original topic concerns component management.. which I just discovered is horrible now, with Quick Delete and count missing. I haven't invented for awhile, but after working on Xmas quests, I found out component management is horribly difficult now.
Can we get this added to roadmap, please?

well now everyone has settled down with the new back pack features , which for me are not that much of an improvement as we have lost the quick wear button in exchange for pages segregating gear, ie like with like,, how about doing something with the component slots , we have lost the means to count what we have in our component slots and also lost the means to quick delete surplus or not needed components and when one has over 800 component slots deleting one by one is a royal pain. as for taking an inventory of the said component slots it is near impossible , having to look at individual recipes is time consuming and frustrating

You trying to start a war mr. doom?
LOL no.
But just imagine how much more effort people would put into their guild levels if they thought they had a chance at being #1 for that year? lol

Neon, I can't take a break from this for now, I can't do any more quests and suggesting taking a break all together from the game is probably not the best advice as the player base will dwindle unless the volume of collecting items for all professions is reduced.
I made the suggestion since you don't seem to enjoy the grinding. I don't think anyone enjoys the grinding, there's probably a few.. but most people enjoy the "gains".. meaning the levels you progress through due to hard work and time invested.
If you can't do anymore quests there's plenty of other things to do.
- Daily quests including PvP, Arenas and trial of the champions.
- Instance farming for relics/components/gear.
- Mob grinding for loot and experience.
- Achievement hunting, there's plenty of achievements that can be worked on even when first starting.
Professions and quests are only a few things to do, if you don't find your self enjoying them I suggested moving onto something else to do (if you didn't want to give the game a break). That way you may find other activities that interest you.
Without grinding in this game, especially within the professions it spoils the point of working on them. The experience is lenient how it is and we even have access to "afk experience" which most legit "grinding games" don't have or implement it to the point where there's actually no point in coming to the screen.

Being able to drag party frames to a more sensible location would really help out prophets. Clicking on each individual party portrait is not optimal as it is, it just makes it that much worse that it's in the top right hand corner of my screen. It seems like the coding is already there in the game as we can drag around trade windows, inventory and a bunch of other stuff, so why not let us have a little bit more UI customization. Wouldn't have to stop with party frames but mini map, action bars, chat window, all that kind of stuff. Then just give everyone a "Lock" option like you have currently for putting moves onto the action bar.
Showing de-buffs under the players party portrait would also be extremely helpful for Prophets as currently the only way you could pro actively use Serenity would be clicking each individual player. This is just not practical.

When running instances, I have a couple of suggestions that would really be nice to have:
1. Brightly highlight the name tag of the group member that is currently in focus. The past couple of days I think I have select a group member only to find that it didn't take ![]()
2. Allow Spacebar to be used to cycle through group members (eliminating clicks that don't take).
3. Put a small icon next to name tag when redeemed is still active.
4. Put a small numeric icon next to name tag when member has 1 or more negative effects.

At the moment I am a tank in Eldevin. I was initially a ranger, but I realized no one could dungeon because there weren't enough tanks at higher levels. I decided to become one to help out others, but what I was met with, was the inefficiency to solo/quest.
Tanks by nature are weaker, but healthier. In one time fights that last, they can do well (I.e cursed lich, undead paladins), but in short, repetitive fights, they are hindered by their lack of damage. In solo combat, you tend to spend a lot of time healing (potions or food) and less time completing your task at hand.
I asked myself, why should I be punished for choosing to help others over choosing to play the game by myself (or group questing...I guess)?
The answer was, if anything, a compromise. A dual spec!
This way I could accomplish my selfless needs by taking hits for allies that would otherwise be fatal blows and on my off time, grind out some quests and mobs in an efficient and appealing manner.
Edit 1: Dual spec would consist of a second spec. For example, one page could be fully dedicated to templar, while having a completely seperate page dedicated to warrior.
Of course this couldn't be done in combat and it would take a span of time to convert from one set to the other. This would mitigate any theories of abusing the system.

Do it do it do iiiit!
I'm just thinking - while I'm changing it anyway - would it be cool to see what the stat improvements that you would get if you increased the Hell Forge level on the selected item?

Grim you know Pard is never going to stop with the master realm thing, right? ![]()
Just give us a functional teleport buff and you'll never have this problem again. *nudge nudge*
