when I try to load the game it stops loading then the load screen turns white.

try clearing your java cache, downloading the newest version of java, or rebooting your comp, try a different browser, try anything you can think of, this has also happened to me once but i just cleared my cache 3 times and it hasnt happened since

Your game was crashed as you get white screen
It happens to me several times .
Open Eldevin Tab only if possible
