At least for iPhones I know apple has a lengthy process to gets Apps approved once I sat back and remembered that I calmed down a little thanks for the answer though

I look foward to Fallen Sword being able to eat up all of my free time, would be nice if we could do reward points....

It's a shame , spending all this time,money and effort on apps for phones , while in my opinion should be spending all that time and resource's on fixing the game. gear that was awesome and expensive is now not worth a dot.. I really like the game , however when i started playing use to be at least 2500 players on at all times now were down to 700 to 900. it's getting harder and harder to play the game when all keeps changing. stop the changing. I'm not sure what to do. but what's going on, isn't helping anybody,However the apps for the phones are a good idea,not sure it's gonna help the game play.. I hope you folks have a great day and no disrespect intended. thanks for reading..

I'm pretty sure this new app is meant to make the game a little more accessible and exciting. And I don't know where you got the "1200 players" from, but regardless, the cows have been doing some really great things recently, like the epic quests which were...well, epic! Also, just because they are making an app for the game doesn't mean they're ignoring issues in the game.
Anyway, this release makes me wish I had an android phone!

Might want to check players join dates before making assumptions like that

I think the mobile app is a great idea. If we can get more players on FS, is that a bad thing? There are many ways to increase the player base, this mobile app is the start of one way. I'm fairly certain the cows are working on other areas to improve the game.

And there are countless other threads for making suggestions about other areas of the game.

This thread is for the mobile app, and again, I think it's a great idea, and the screen caps look promising. Can't wait for the iphone version.

No it is not intentional. As you may have realised, you downloaded the app before we have announced it on the Fallen Sword website.

Hats off to you, 10/10 for keen-ness but you jumped the gun ever so slightly

We had some minor bugfixes to add to the app that only surfaced once the app was downloaded on a live phone connected over GPRS/EDGE/3G.

Hoof and I have now implemented these bugfixes and version 1.1 will be available shortly in the App Store.

Hoof will most likely put up the news post as soon as it is ready.
