This is caused by the outdated texture, so doing a fresh app install (uninstalling and then installing it again) or cleaning the app cache should solve this issue. If it persists, please do let us know.

I did a complete reinstall, and still have the same result. Mountain Path is the only area where this occurs. I'm using a LG K40 android device currently.

Can you try the cleaning app cache and data described here? https://support.t-mo...OC-41215#steps1

I'll try this and let you know
UPDATE:
I tried all those things, with the same result every time.
The K40 I was using had a cracked screen (I dropped it in the garage, don't recommend doing this) and my caregiver bought me a replacement last night (same make and model). On this device, the game doesn't even load if on Mountain Path, but works just fine otherwise... I have no clue if this is exclusive to the LG K40 or if other have this same experience as well...
I'm going to dig out my old tablet and see if the same applies on it. I will keep you informed.

I wasted some stam and portlled back to Mountain path as I had heard others saying the same as Penny.
I can confirm buildings are gone on the full site as well.
Its not just a problem restricted to the app. Issue appeared to the best of my knowledge after the last app update although I could be wrong on the timing

That's my mountain path in the browser version - NOT the app - and AFTER a force-refresh ...

Eddie Izzard : The National Rifle Association say that guns don't kill people, people do. But I think the gun helps, you know ? I think it helps. I think just standing there going "BANG" - that's not going to kill too many people, is it ?
I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but it seems that everything I eat lately turns to poo ...

Same with mine. Unless a player has a keen memory for where things are they will have major problems navigating.

And clearing caches, etc, has no effect whatsoever, whether browser or app.
On the app, if you're in Mountain Path when you open it, the game never completely loads. Moving into the Cathedral of Ways or to Elya North via browser allows the app to complete its load. If you re-enter Mountain Path by any means, it freezes the app....
This is a huge problem since every player, whether new or veteran, app or browser user, must transverse Mountain Path to travel within the game at some point.

should be interesting finding the new relics and trying to complete the new quests.
Not being privy to the environment up there, I have no knowledge if the Mountain Path problem occurs there, but after much traveling about both on app and in browser over the past several days, I have only found the problem on Mountain Path. Hopefully this holds true for everyone. Please Mighty Bovine Gods, fix this before 2x XP/Christmas events so that all may enjoy it.

Just 2 things:
Firstly, notifications keeps telling me I have stam to burn, it would be nice if this happened at max stam, rather than what seems to be on a random basis.... Today, I was only at about 1/2 stam when it went off.... Yet nothing when I was at max stam last week....
AND the Mountain Path still crashes the app if I forget and teleport there. If the app is already running, it freezes up, if I was already on Mountain Path when I open it, the log in loop just continues forever..... Since new players are going to be spending tons of time on Mountain Path, and the rest of us traverse it regularly to teleport elsewhere, this sure needs to be fixed soon.....
